Vitacrack (Vita-crack):
A term used to describe the whole of one’s at home “personal Pharmacy,” especially in the context of using vitamins for hyper-wellness. Typically a collection of 4 or more different types of vitamins. Some Vitamin varieties come pre-packed in “multipacks,” if someone adds additional vitamins to the multipack it could now be considered Vitacrack.

I’m turning 37 next year, so I’m adding a joint supplement to my daily Vitacrack. I Can feel myself getting older when I don’t take my Vita-crack.
