Venustraphobia 

Also known as caligynephobia, this is the fear of beautiful women, and may be caused by low self-confidence or putting too much pressure on appearances.

Girl 1: Why won't he talk to me?
Girl 2: Don't worry, he just has venustraphobia.

Jack says his heart-rate goes up, he starts shaking and can't think clearly when he is in the presence of an attractive woman. He has venustraphobia.
