This is a hairstyle where both sides of your hair are flipped in the same direction. Thus, one side is flipped under and one side is flipped out. This style has become all the rage on the runways this year and you'll start seeing it sported left, right and centre. In fact, people have been rocking this style out since chin-length bobs have existed. Look around carefully and you might just see someone in your hometown who is way ahead of the game.

A cool new hairstyle that is all the rage in which both the left and right halves of one's hair flip out in the same direction. A small segment of the population are lucky enough to be born with hair that is naturally inclined to position itself in such a sexy and trendsetting way, while others must spend hours standing perpendicular to a fan to create the look.

"Wow, that girl over there has an Under and Out - if only I was cool enough to pull off that hairstyle."

Or

"I went to my stylist yesterday and asked for the Under and Out - she said she hadn't heard of it and I said she should have her style licence revoked!"
