UCCU (exclamation / verb / acronym)
1. Undercover Cover Up — taking old plastic, trash, or broken stuff and freezing its breakdown using WPCB (Wheatpaste + Cardboard). Stops decay for 500+ years. Hardcore eco-punk energy.
2. You See, See You — a wink, a nod, a secret handshake for reality. Means I see you, the world sees you, the plastic sees you too. Mystical, conspiratorial, street-smart.
3. Rallying Cry / Sticker Slogan — shouted, tagged, or wheatpasted in the wild when doing subversive, creative, or eco-mission moves.
