1. A person who is unable or unwilling to be shown how to tweet on Twitter. Most often a technologically challenged individual, usually associated with advanced age.

2. The complete fear of Twitter or anything associated with it.

Teen: My dad is such a tweetaphobic! He doesn't even have a cell phone!!!! HE IS SO 50's!!!!!

Two Examples. Both Dialouge.
1. "So Ashley, what do you truly believe in? What do you stand up for?"
"I'm Anti-Twilight."
"What? 0_0"
"What I'm basically saying is....I'm Twilophobic."

2. "So Falala, what's your favorite novel?"
"LYKE OMFG, I LOVE TWILIGHT! I L0VE TWILIGHT SO MUCH. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. LYKE...THE MOVIE IS SO AMAZINGGGGGGG!OMFG...EDWARD CULLEN! -gasms-"
"Um, please step five feet away from me."
"EXCUSE ME?"

When an individual will not associate themselves with anyone who is twittering nearby in fear of their dirty laundry being spread.

Ever since my wife caught me lying to her about going to the titty bar due to my friends twitter, I have become extremity twittaphobic.
