A bastardization of "reacharound", whereas an individual follows someone on twitter then DM's (direct message) them with bs spam about their website and/or business upon follow-back.

This is really nothing more than spam. It capitalizes on a person's innate desire to reciprocate the act of following.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
