Talk To You Whenever . . . this can be used when you're not really sure when you want to talk to someone or vice versa. So you just leave it out in the open - whenever. No definite deadline.

You: We should make plans to see that movie sometime
Me: Yea we should . . . ttyw about making plans for that.
