Tobique is where all the stoned rez dawgs reside. Its a little indian village on the outskirts of Perth-Andover. Basically, where the cool kids live. The roads are filled with pot holes, the dogs roam free, and on Wednesday(Welfare) you're living the dream!

A prophet, someone who can see the future. Can change the laws of physics to his advantage. Generally gives unfortunate prophesies or changes in laws of physics rather than good. Prophet obsessed with taking over the world.
