Tootaloot
A boy or young man who is deliberately chosen by another person for a brief, physically oriented relationship. The individual selecting the tootaloot has no intention of forming a deep emotional connection because they believe the tootaloot probably does not want something long-term. The tootaloot is not necessarily a side piece or a secret affair, although they can serve that role. They are typically chosen out of desperation or loneliness from being single. The tootaloot is often unaware of how their partner perceives them.
“I need me a lil tootaloot for this summer. I just got my diploma and a bitch deserves some dick.”
“I want him in me so badly, but he probably doesn’t feel the same. What if I just convinced him to be my tootaloot and broke things off after fucking a couple times?”
