Tootaloot
A boy or young man who is deliberately chosen by another person for a brief, physically oriented relationship. The individual selecting the tootaloot has no intention of forming a deep emotional connection because they believe the tootaloot probably does not want something long-term. The tootaloot is not necessarily a side piece or a secret affair, although they can serve that role. They are typically chosen out of desperation or loneliness from being single. The tootaloot is often unaware of how their partner perceives them.
