'Trooshed' is a whole other level of trashed. Pronounced 'trueee-shh-ed' and said similar to 'trashed' but in a british accent so its pronounced 'trooshed'. When you find yourself trooshed , your really drunk, druged up, or a mix of the two to the point of nearly passing out.
