A person who unknowingly will not let you exit a conversation. Also a person who will not see or be aware of your desire to leave. Can't seem to understand enthusiasm.

Resorting to goblin like tendencies, the user will often tip toe around the room in the dark, sometimes in the middle of sex stealing trinkets and other things. And say things like “me thinks this will be a fine addition to my collection” while cackaling . Be careful out there.
