To be Tim'd or to pull a Tim is to say things are going very well or things are alright, when in reality its all going wrong. This meaning comes from a mmorpg community in the game Eve Online.

Being "Tim'd" would be when things are finally going right for you in your life, and then God finally takes a gigantic shit on your happiness and everything crumbles around you. You lose your kids, home, friends, and will to live.
