(adj.) When you scroll through your social media feed, and stop to watch a piece of content, it's thumb-stopping content. In advertising it's used to describe very creative content developed for mobile platforms that users will actually watch.
Woaaaw! Did you see that latest video Nike created on Instagram? That's real thumb-stopping content!
