Tempermanent 

Tempermanent is what happens when your boss asks you to develop something for temporary use and you know it will be used permanently. Therefore, you build the temporary device as if it it going to be a permanent device.

The R&D manager has asked our team to make a tempermanent fixture for programming devices.
