Get the Sweetkins mug.A music festival in Columbia, Maryland that celebrates good music and good food! Started by Sweetgreen, this is a new festival that draws large crowds of music and food lovers! Some past notable performers have been Phoenix, Passion Pit, Fun., Kid Cudi, The Strokes, and Lupe Fiasco. A very fun scene and a great overall experience.
This festival draws many DC area teens and young adults, the average age of the crowd at the 2013 fest was estimated at 19 years old. At this event, security is loose and people/workers are chill. People turn a blind eye to underage drinking and pot smoking, unless someone was being extremely obnoxious, because everyone is there in the end due to their love of music.
Advice: Do not be the couple that walks out of the porter-potty together. You WILL be heckled, teased, and laughed at as you make your walk of shame.
