suck licker 

Insulting term ejaculated by my boss towards the driver of a vehicle on the other side of the road who suddenly lurched onto our side of the road just as we were passing. This shouted response took us both by surprise even more than the erratic driving of the offender. In hindsight we often marvel at the way this combination of words conveys the deep insult of phrases such as cocksucker and ass-licker, while technically implying only that the object of displeasure is capable both of sucking and licking (or really only of licking "sucks", whatever a "suck" is).

suckdicker 

The same thing as a dicksucker. Somebody who sucks on a dick. This word originated in 2001 on the campus of The University of Dayton in Ohio. An international student went off upon seeing that his chicken pot pie had been eaten, and he attacked the guilty party with a barrage of curse words. He managed to say just about every insult in the English language, and he even invented a new one: suckdicker. This word is much funnier if you can get an international student to say it in a fit of rage.

Mickey: "Who eat pot pie was mine!"
Scotty: "I ate it man I was hungry."
Mickey: "Scott, you faggot, mother of a fucker, bitch, asshole, shit, pussy, damnit Scott."
Scotty: "Fuck off loser."
Mickey: "You are a fuck, faggot fucker, son of bitch, suckdicker!"
Scotty:(walking out the door) "blow me asshole."

Sacklicker 

The term Sacklicker is considered to be one of the most derogatory references that can be used toward one heterosexual male from another. Its origin was most likely the Northwest United States around the year 2000. It is most often used as a trump in place of other slang phrases such as "He is a piece of crap motherfucker". This form of slang is Gutterslang.

A Sacklicker is considered the lowest form of male life and is even lower than a cocksucker.

Other uses of the term may refer to oral sex such as a fellatio limiting the derogatory use as noted above.
