The neck stop is when u bend the man or woman over your bed then make ur hand into a L shape. Then put your hand above the victims neck then push down as hard as you can. The final step is to ram your thumb up the man or women's shite pipe. This is called the neck stomp. That's a definition of the neck stomp.
