A stupid-loser. In example, someone who is being stubborn and will never let you be right. EVER. They are stupid, and they are a loser. Therefore, a stuser.
"Gosh, Tim, You're such a STUSER"

scousers laptop 

A cheeky little expression for a take-away Pizza eaten out of the box while sitting down. Now that's imagery!
"Mate, I'm wasted, lets get a scousers laptop."

plassy scouser

Someone from Birkenhead and not from Liverpool.
Talking in a scouse accent but not from Liverpool "Ya plassy scouser"
