Stingettes 

A college dance-team at Alabama State University out of Montgomery, Alabama. They are known also as being under a lengthy leadership of Elisa "Lisa" Porter. They are currently led by the most infamous Shakeidra Jones aka KeKe. The Stingettes are also known for many other well-known captains such as; Ty Q Harrell, Lauren Brown, Victoria Betts, Jordan Carter, Romisa Hill and Ashley Harris. These ladies are known for their 8 counts and 16 counts and are rivaled by many, but no need to discuss them. Some fans describe them as Sting Sting, Sting. Their co-band partners includes Honey Bee's, Ladies of Distinction and Marching Hornets.

The auxiliary dancers for Alabama State University’s Mighty Marching Hornets band. They are known for their intricate and sex appealing 8 and 16 counts and field shows with marvelous displays of agility, form, technique, and flexibility. The Stingettes are currently led by Janae Harrington from Miami, FL.
