A phrase that existed prior to stompbox that means stombox. A stomp box, or a stompbox, is an electronic guitar pedal, that is usually an on or off button controlling a guitar effect, but can refer to one that adjusts in increments.

DOD's deathmetal pedals are great stomp boxes, provided you have an effects loop.

The guitarist from Incubus used a wide array of stompboxes in his live performance.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
