When it comes to organization, stiggle means to STUFF and WIGGLE things into place. When you are are rearranging and organizing items, it is necessary to put them into the best order where they would fit perfectly.

To become highly intoxicated from alcoholic beverages, in such a state that the host can not stand nor speak. Derived/Inspired ny the character 'Stepehen James' who becomes 'Stiggied' at every available opurtunity.

Stiglet
A Stiglet, usually referring to people of Iranian descent. A highly offensive Racial Slur. Not very commonly used. Originating in Pennsylvania the word Stiglet was made in 2020.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
