a family in Malden, Massachusetts that owns a bunch of businesses. They set their way through life by being able to pay for their own food, parties, cars/car repair and even funerals with all the money going to their family.

You hear about rappers with names like Capone, Noriega, or Scarface, but you dont hear a rapper pick a name like Spadafora. Nobody seems to want to be the rapper that got decapitated.
Spadafora rapped about being a physician and criticized enough people in his rhymes that several other rappers conspired to torture him and cut his head off and make it look like a robbery gone bad. They did not like the shit this guy was saying.

Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:

* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”
