Sparkleover is a saying used frequently by fans of the web comic, Sparklecare, as a way of saying that something is over, in reference to "its joever". The phrase is usually used a joke within the fandom, although it can be used in a serious matter. It's also part of the language, "Sparklish".

Sparkleberry 

Sparkleberry is a "My Little Pony" type pony who's butt shines like a diamond in the sky. Because the little symbol on its butt like that of most "little ponies" is very glittery.
