A phrase used to express that absolutely everything is alright, usually used when asked a series of questions about your life, and you want to end the conversation.

M: Hi K's mom.
K's mom: Hi M, how are you?
M: I'm good thanks.
K's mom: How's school?
M: It's okay.
K's mom: How's work?
M: Hard.
(K's mom asks a series of more annoying questions)
M: It's ALL skipitty-skopitty.
