When someone insanely smiles at you way too big for way too long. A violent smile, causing an uncomfortable or awkward feeling in the receiver. Usually the smiolent person is completely unaware that he or she is doing it.

Can be used in the exact same ways as the word "violent" - aka: smiolent, smiolence, smiolently

The salesman walked smiolently towards us as if we were made of money.
