Someone who is pretending to be drunk.

Your at a party and no one has turned up with any booze, except that one person who has a beer. After drinking that beer if the person pretends to be drunk he/she is being a sketch head.

A sketchead is British slang for a douche-bag. And the stereotypical douchebag thing to do is to turn up to parties uninvited.
