Sidewalker 

From MJ DeMarco's book The Millionaire Fastlane, they are the average people who don't know a lot about money and regardless of how much they earn, they will spend it all. In the worst case, they spend even more than they have and build a massive debt. Sidewalkers are usually one pay check from being broke, even though they may have a high salary.
He's making six figures, but if he lost his job he's one month from being broke. Stupid sidewalker.

(n)A term used for those who work to ban smoking from sidwalks outside, including residential areas.
In March 2006, Calabasas, CA (pop. 25,000) passed a law banning smoking fro ALL outdoor public places. The city of Belmont, CA (pop. 25,000) followed almost two years later, extending the ban to also multi-unit housing, where ventilation is shared. There are more and more sidewalkers around.
