A sex shooter is someone that "shoots" sex,someone that is ready and willing to have sex at any time. Doesn't necessarily mean that they are promiscuous, but ultimately they love to have sex

For example a sex shooter shoots their sexuality at people, and could make them sexual.

Having sex on an electric assist scooter while the scooter is in motion. Other people must be watching while in motion for it to count as scooter sex. Bonus points for adding a third. Also known as a scootgasm, coitus on a scooter, joining the mile ride club, unlocking for a good time, juicing without a plug (that kind of plug), and reducing congestion in crowded cities.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had mind-blowing scooter sex going from the gym to dinner. You could say we joined the mile ride club. We rode it all the victory. That baby got JUICED!
