seprudity

The feeling of appreciating a coworker's dedication without fully understanding his or her job function.

Can be used as an adjective, or as a closing, such as "with seprudity".
Example one: Bill in Accounting is a pretty nice guy, but I can't help feeling seprudity toward him.

Example two: "... and your jokes about funny hats always made us laugh. We'll miss seeing you around the watercooler.

With seprudity,
Your coworkers."
