scuz stache 

When a man or woman has nasty upper lip hair and refuses to shave it. Also can be called a dirt lip. It's not quite a beard and not quite a mustache. It's just plain sick and scuzzy.

scumstache 

Noun- when a man does not have a fully developed mustache, instead he has peach fuz like hairs, that are usually dirty, on his upper lip. Most commonly seen on mexicans, 11-13 year old boys, and people who are down right hideous.

scuzzstache 

Any form of facial hair consisting predominantly of sparsely distributed short and coarse hairs, usually dark in color. Named for the quality of character typical exhibited by those who brandish such a look.

(noun) a term used by someone who doesn't have any better of a comeback to use, usually used by prepubescents on AIM with SNs beginning with 'roffle'
