Shilabba

1. one who complains, whines, or cries about a task he is given.
2. one who is given said task and can never complete or for that matter hack it.

3. one who can't sit still, possibly from a slight case of ADD.
Shilabba: I gotta work on what holiday? Who does that? Wow I can't come in when the boss said too, I have to surf. No I can't sit still. I'm gonna leave early again even though you stay till 2 in the morning every night. I know we agreed on it, but I still want to go home. I can't sit here any longer. Wahh I need to go back to where I came from, I can't hack this stuff. No one treats me right.

scalabanging

When two or more people go out looking in other people's trash to find things that they like need or can sell.
This weekend when me and my wife went out scalabanging we found two cat trees in a dumpster and brought them home.

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
