Contrary to what the other definitions say, a tattoo sleeve is a literal transparent elastic sleeve with a tribal pattern that goes around your arm and looks like a tattoo. Typically worn for disguise, to look cool, or as a joke.

Why would I get painful permanent tattoos when I could just buy a nifty pair of tattoo sleeves?

Scheveningen

Scheveningen is a city in The Netherlands.

The Dutch try to get American tourists to say it for their own pleasure and laughs. They can't. You have to have the "schhuuchhh" in your throat (like a bug is in there). Don't try because you'll practice for a long time and get nowhere. I tried.
