Olsy-Sanchez: when one saves his poop in anticipation of coitus, and after said coitus, he takes his own poop and draws a poop mustache on his lover (male or female). Or, alternatively, when a man requests his female partner wear what is commonly known as a "strap-on", and said female uses the "strap-on" to enter her male subject anally.
