Olsy-Sanchez: when one saves his poop in anticipation of coitus, and after said coitus, he takes his own poop and draws a poop mustache on his lover (male or female). Or, alternatively, when a man requests his female partner wear what is commonly known as a "strap-on", and said female uses the "strap-on" to enter her male subject anally. A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
