The winner in Hearts is the player with the lowest score so running it usually guarantees the player a tremendous lead. Running it is synonymous with Shooting the Moon.

Dealer: You know she's running it. She just voluntarily took the queen of spades.
Player: Did anyone else take any hearts?
Player who's running it: Nope. You will never stop me from running it now.
