A rejard is a sort of censorship to retard or calling someone mentally slow or plain stupid. By changing 't' and to 'j' loses the now 'bad word' 's significance and is taken literally as 'rejard'.

It should come as no surprise to anyone that knows and/or has to work with The N.i.g.g.e.r L.a.r.r.y M.a.j.o.r in O.m.a.h.a that he has extreme issues with his behavior, mannerisms, personality, hygiene, etc. This retarded nigger is living proof that this condition is genetic. His defective genes have been passed on, resulting in his retarded offspring.
