Its when you can’t remember the word rebellious so you say Rebulous and say it like you meant it but you really just don’t remember the word rebellious.

Girl#1: omggggg what are you doinggg!!!

Girl#2: I’m being rebulous!

Girl#1: you mean rebellious?

Girl#2: what ever.
