A practitioner of 'realisology'. A person who takes thoughts and makes them into a physical entity, a person who makes thoughts real.

Bert the caveman was the first realisologist, he made the thoughts that he had of something and took action by bringing them together into the real world and made the very first wheel.

Realitology

The study of reality as a social construction, examined through the lenses of cognitive realism, cognitive relativism, and cognitive determinism. Realitology asks: how do human minds, cultures, and institutions collectively produce what feels like 'the real'? It draws on cognitive science, sociology of knowledge, and philosophy to explore how perception is shaped by categories, how communities construct shared worlds, and how those worlds constrain what can be thought or done. Realitology doesn't deny an external world; it insists that our access to it is always mediated, and that different realities can coexist—not all equally valid, but all constructed.

Example: “His realitology work showed that 'the economy' is not a thing but a set of measurements, models, and narratives—real in effect, but constructed nonetheless.”

Realitology

The study of reality itself using the Kremlinological method—treating “reality” not as a given but as a contested construct produced by institutions, media, and power. Realitologists analyze what is presented as “common sense,” what is labeled “conspiracy theory,” and what is simply ignored, inferring the hidden mechanisms that define the real for a society. Like Sovietologists parsing Pravda for clues about crop failures, realitologists parse official statements, scientific consensus documents, and social media trend lines to map how reality is manufactured and challenged. The field is crucial for understanding propaganda, disinformation, and the breakdown of shared reality in polarized societies.

Realitology

The study of “reality” using Sovietology/Kremlinology methods: analyzing how what counts as real is socially constructed, institutionally maintained, and rhetorically deployed. Realitology treats reality not as a brute given but as a dynamic achievement—something that is constantly negotiated, enforced, and contested. It examines how scientific facts are stabilized, how social realities (money, nations, gender) are maintained, and how claims to “realism” are used to foreclose alternatives. By treating reality as a process rather than a foundation, realitology opens space for asking: what realities are possible, and who gets to decide?

Example: “His realitology work traced how the ‘reality’ of economic recession was constructed through statistical models, media narratives, and policy responses—not a discovery, but a collective performance.”
