When you think, "I've done qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm, qetuoadgjlxvn, wryipsfhkzcbm, qazwsxedcrfvtgbyhnujmik,ol.p;/, qmwnebrvtcyxuzilokpjahsgdf, and at least a dozen other words in a phase of boredom (or more likely, procrastination) and decide to type something most definitely not found on the internet. It's formed by typing the first two letters of the QWERTY keyboard, skipping the third, typing the fourth and fourth, and so on until you reach the end.
Billy thought he could type a word that was not on Urban Dictionary, so he typed "qwrtuipadfhjlzcvnm." He was disappointed to discover that this word, amazingly, was already there.
