Peckerjack 

A variety of cheese derived from Monterey Jack, flavored with spicy semen peppers, usually with a semihard or creamy texture.

I ran out of cheddar, but I reckon I got some homemade peckerjack in the fridge!

A huge Denny's-like breakfast that guarantees a monsterous turd the next day.

After last night's hunkerjack of chicken fried steak, eggs, pancakes and biscuits, I crapped so much I cleared the water line.
