It is a nerve which controls the function and sensation of many things such as the penis and clitoris, the areas around the scrotum, perineum, and anus. It also controls part of the urethral sphincter and the external rectal sphincter. (Used to describe various forms of sexual as well as daily functions. See examples.)

The pudendal trick is a common contraceptive technique. It involves pressing down on the miki patch, or area below scrotum, just before ejaculation. When doing this, the pudendal nerve is compressed, preventing the stimulus for ejaculation but allowing for orgasm. Essentially, a dry cum. This trick has also been used as a method of keeping things clean while acting solo.
