After you've finished your period, you/they are unusually bitchy, like when you are pms-ing.

Anytime you or a person(female) are bitchy and you/they are not suffering from PMS.

A safe way for guys to ask, "Are you on your period?" without getting hurt.

Susan, why are you so bitchy? I know you're not pms-ing, because you had your period last week. Are you suffering from PPMS?

Perpetual Premenstrual syndrome (PPMS) refers to a wide range of physical or emotional symptoms that typically occur before and after a woman starts her monthly menstrual cycle. It is differentiated from PMS by its ongoing effects on women who are continually bitter and angry at the world.

PPMS has been repeatedly proposed in DSM-V and is pending another vote.

Nancy is angry at everything all the time, she must have PPMS.

PPMS

The teachers want you to jump off a bridge so they don’t have to teach you. This place is terrible and no one learns stuff here. Every seventh grader has a juul and drinks rockstar. Every sixth grader has a boyfriend/girlfriend. And eighth graders try to fight everyone and smoke weed. The lunch room smells like a dead fish and the lunch treys the pizza comes on taste better than the pizza. One person in seventh grade got caught taking pictures in the girls locker room.(he was a boy)
