A person with Pons will not be able to touch certain things, have to touch most things, and have to go around everything while screaming at a high pitch.

Short for Ponkotsu (ポンコツ) meaning "clumsy", "useless" or "unreliable". Someone is PON when they mess up in a clumsy way. Being PON can also be seen as an endearing trait. It is a slang used in Japanese comedies. Its is also often used by hoolive vtubers.
