When someone with HIV pokes you with a needle that has their blood. Some even leave cards that say "You now have HIV". These people are usually at concerts mostly raves.

I think I got poked last night... I just got back from the doctor and I tested positive for HIV.

Poked is a term to refer to being stabbed in Toronto slang (maybe elsewhere). Pokes is also a term referring to a bladed/pointed weapon.

(I hope this helps some people when living or visiting Toronto. My best ways of surviving a knife attack is de-escalating if possible, giving a robber what they want; your items can be replace and gotten back not your life. NEVER get caught in a corner, run or get to anywhere people will see you, hear you whatever. AND IF YOU HAVE TO FIGHT BACK FIGHT DIRTY. MAKE IT AS HARD AS YOU CAN TO LET THEM GET YOU GETTING TO SAFETY IS TOP PRIORITY. P.s. This is Canada if you feel your life threatened you can take whatever steps needed to make sure YOU are ok. The act of exposing only one's penis, while remaining otherwise fully clothed, in order to have sex.
This is typically done by utilizing the zipper or fly of one's jeans to free the penis.

Morgan: You had sex with her in the kitchen?!! What if someone walked in?
