From the word Plebtastic. The description of the most extreme act of inane stupidity a pleb can possibly carry out to the intense amusement and hilarity of anyone with half a brain. Not to be confused with Plebtestical a scrote-bag of a retard.

referring to a ridiculous level of procrastination, so ridiculous, said person can not even take the time to say the word correctly.
