The abbreviation of the phrase Piss Like A Racehore. Used to describe the need to piss incredibly badly.
After drinking a litre of lemonade, then collecting urinal cakes from bathrooms all around the town, Rake found he had to plar.

A satirical, but befitting term commonly used in the osu! game community towards (mostly but not limited to) new players who ask dumb and vague questions about ways to get better at the game.
It's a contraction of the phrase "play more," asking players to just play more and discover the game and hence, improving at the game.
Most commonly used against questions like "How do I get better at the game??? any tips???" and "I can't play better what do I do?????"
