A player in World of Warcraft who is under the level cap and does not have any character at level cap. Similar to a noob, but the two do not always go hand in hand.

When you are really into something on your phone, but then your battery is very low, so you play and charge on it. Plarge derived from the words play and charge combined.

Dan: Ugh, my phone's at 2%!
Sam: Then charge it.
Dan: But I'm really far into Fortnite!
Sam: Then plarge it.
Dan: Oh. Good idea!
