A phone loser is one who constantly loses his/her phone. This can happen once or more than once. Then he/she must use social media such as Facebook or Twitter to communicate instead of one's phone.

Drew lost his phone, again. Drew always seems to lose his phone and it is so hard to talk to him on Facebook because he is never on there. He is such a phone loser!
