A permanent state of nervousness, often both initiated and sustained by the knowledge of unfinished tasks that will resurface some day.

Friend: Why are you twitching? You seem so nervous?
Me: I was supposed to file an application for my boss before summer and forgot it. Now I will be permanervous the entire holidays.
